Work Experience Currently, Dr. Norman is a consult Engineer with Applied Research Associates, Inc and Managing Partner for Advanced Technologies Applications, LLC. Dr. Norman's primary interests include developing new research, development, and applications programs supporting government and private industry in product / process design improvements based on new rapid applications software, enhanced constitutive models using multi-scale concepts, and software verification and validation based on real world applications.
