Its Own Dubious Battle: The Impossible Defense of an Effective Right to Strike

Abstract

The author wishes to express his appreciation to the faculty of the University at Buffalo School of Law and to his own colleagues at the University of Colorado for the many incisive and helpful comments they provided at presentations of earlier drafts of this Article.
