Jasser Auda's Maqasid Sharia Application in the 'Iddah for Career Women

Abstract: This study is intended to examine the practice of iddah by women who are abandoned by their husbands in Besuki District, Situbondo Regency, East Java, from the perspective of Jasser Auda's maqashid sharia.
