jFuzzyMachine – An Open–source Fuzzy Logic–based Regulatory Inference Engine for High–throughput Biological Data

Abstract: Elucidating mechanistic relationships between and among intracellular macromolecules is fundamental to understanding the molecular basis of normal and diseased processes.
