Job Quality as Perceived by Travel Agents and its Effect on their Organizational Commitment and Savings for Retirement

Abstract: This study aims to figure out the Quality of Job(QoJ) perceived by travel agents and what is to be improved using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and to examine the effects of QoJ on their organizational commitment(OC) and savings for retirement.
