Job satisfaction mediates the effect of job stress on organizational commitment

Abstract: This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Provincial Legislatives Council Badung Regency. The total population and sample in this study were 73 people using the saturated sample method. Collecting data using a questionnaire which is then tested for validity and reliability.
