Joint Microbial and Metabolomic Network Estimation with the Censored Gaussian Graphical Model

Abstract: Joint analysis of microbiome and metabolomic data represents an imperative objective as the field moves beyond basic microbiome association studies and turns towards mechanistic and translational investigations.
