Abstract:Purpose
The incidence of breast cancer brain metastasis (BCBM) is a deadly clinical problem, and exact mechanisms remain elusive. Junction adhesion molecule (JAM), a tight junction protein, is a key negative regulator of cancer cell invasion and metastasis.
