Abstract:Sharon is a PhD student in the department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at the University of Toronto. She previously completed her Bachelors in Industrial Engineering also at the University of Toronto. Her research focuses on the Future of Work on online communication. She is passionate about supporting women in Engineering and STEM more broadly, both within and outside of her research. She has held fellowships in Ethics of AI and Technology & Society organizations.
