Previous studies have shown that chrysanthemumrelated genera (abbreviated as CRG below) usually hold much excellent resistance, including tolerance to salt (Calone et al, 2021;Guan et al, 2010), drought (Chen et al, 2019; Liu et al, 2022), waterlogging (Yin et al, 2009), heat (Alhaithloul, 2019), heavy metals (Rebhi et al, 2019), insect resistance , and fungal suppression (Guetat et al, 2017;Mamatova et al, 2019), among other things.
