Abstract:ObjectivesPost-operative acute kidney injury (AKI) is a common complication of surgery to repair the thoracoabdominal aorta, and is associated with increased risks of dialysis and early mortality. Perfusion techniques are routinely used during surgery to reduce renal injury.
