Abstract:In this work charge carriers mobility in diamond, calculated by two means -by kinetic equation method and by Monte Carlo method -is analyzed. Temperature of diamond crystal less than 300 K and low concentration of impurities are considered, therefore carriers are scattered preliminary by acoustic phonons.
