Abstract:Objectives
To firstly investigate the efficacy of three different dosages of home-based, knee-extensor strength exercise on isometric knee-extensor strength in patients eligible for knee replacement due to severe knee osteoarthritis, and secondly, the influence of exercise on symptoms, physical function and decision on surgery.
