Knowledge Sharing Management: Strategy for Improving the Quality of Human Resources

Abstract: This study aims to analyze and understand about analyzing the knowledge sharing strategy carried out by SMA Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo in improving the quality of its human resources.
