Knowledge Translation Gaps that Need to be Bridged to Enhance Life for People with Spinal Cord Injury

Abstract: There is a ‘need to know’ for people who have acquired a spinal cord injury (SCI)1 and a ‘lack of knowledge’ is considered to be a barrier to coping with SCI 2. In-patient SCI care and rehabilitation have emphasized that information should be provided in the right amounts, at the right place and at the right time 3.
