Komplikationsprophylaxe nach abdominalchirurgisch-urologischen Eingriffen durch Plasmaproteinsubstitution

Abstract: Im Rahmen einer prospektiv randomisierten Studie wurde an einem groβen urologisch-abdominalchirurgischen Krankengut (n = 94) die Wertigkeit der postoperativen Zufuhr von Plasmaproteinen untersucht. Dabei ergab sich ein hinsichtlich der bronchopulmonalen Komplikationen signifikanter Unterschied zwischen der Verum- und Place-bogruppe.
