Korean Guidelines for Postpolypectomy Colonoscopic Surveillance: 2022 Revision

Abstract: The risk of developing metachronous advanced neoplasia is associated with the presence of polyps in index colonoscopy. Therefore, it is essential to establish the optimal colonoscopy surveillance period following polypectomy.
