Abstract: La contraception d’urgence (CU) évolue depuis les années 1960, devenant de mieux en mieux tolérée par les femmes qui la prennent. Les contraceptions d’urgence hormonales ont ainsi utilisé des doses d’hormones de plus en plus faibles, avec des schémas d’utilisation simplifiés.
