Abstract

The research about the trades performed in harbour cities is a subject of great interest that has produced a wide range of publications, especially about Rome, Ostia and Portus. Our aim is to identify the archaeological, epigraphic and written sources referring to the Portus Tarraconis in order to analyse the harbour work that took place in the capital city of the province.
