Labor Market as a Factor of Sustainable Development of the Coal Mining Region

Abstract: The article examines the labor market as a factor of sustainable development. It substantiates that sustainable development of the coal mining region is possible if there is an effective labor market, which is characterized by the correlation of the demand for labor and its supply, decent work and the level of wages relevant to the needs of the able-bodied population.
