Abstract:This article examines the policy of limiting the powers and resources assigned to the labour inspectorate in ten post-USSR republics: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
