Lamellar structure and nanomechanical properties of quasicrystalline Al-Cu-Fe alloys

Abstract: Abstract-The kinetics of structural phase transformations in quasicrystal forming Al-Cu-Fe alloys with compositions in the region of stability of the icosahedral (i) phase has been investigated.
