Abstract:Introduction: The Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser (MRKH) syndrome is a condition in which there is an absence of the uterus and the upper part (2/3) of the vagina. Women with MRKH syndrome show normal development of secondary sexual characteristics and a normal 46, XX karyotype. MRKH syndrome is a common cause of primary amenorrhea.
