Laparoscopic Greater Curvature Plication: Initial Results of an Alternative Restrictive Bariatric Procedure

Abstract: LGCP is feasible, safe, and effective for at least 18 months when performed on morbidly obese patients. Longer follow-up and prospective comparative trials are needed.
