Laparoscopic Myomectomy: An Alternative Approach to Tackling Submucous Myomas?

Abstract: To evaluate the differences in perioperative outcomes and immediate complication rates between laparoscopic myomectomy for submucous myomas and laparoscopic myomectomy for myomas in other locations.
