Laparoscopic Vaginal Reconstruction Using a Sigmoid Colon Segment: A Preliminary Report

Abstract: This preliminary report suggests that laparoscopic sigmoid vaginal replacement is feasible and safe, and may be used as an alternative to open surgery.
