Abstract:We present polarization-sensitive Fourier ptychographic microscopy (PS-FPM) capable of generating high-resolution birefringence images of optically anisotropic specimens with large field-of-view (FoV). FPM produces high-resolution complex object field of transparent samples over a large-FoV based on multiple intensity measurements acquired with various illumination angles and ptychographic iteration engine. We combine this attractive feature of FPM with single-input-state illumination and pixelated polarized c… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
