Large area sub-100 nm direct nanoimprinting of palladium nanostructures

Abstract: We demonstrate a simple direct nanoimprinting method for fabricating palladium nanostructures that involves in situ free radical polymerization of a resin consisting of an acrylate-based crosslinker and a palladium metal precursor.
