Large scale automated phylogenomical analysis of bacterial whole-genome isolates and the Evergreen platform

Abstract: 9Public health authorities whole-genome sequence thousands of pathogenic isolates each month for microbial 10 diagnostics and surveillance of pathogenic bacteria.
