Laser Direct Patterning of Organic Dielectric Passivation Layer for Fabricating Amorphous Silicon Thin-Film Transistors

Abstract: In this study, a laser direct patterning process application in benzocyclobutene (BCB) organic dielectric passivation-based amorphous silicon (a-Si) thin film transistor (TFT) device fabrication has been carried out using a KrF excimer laser.
