Abstract:Digital microfluidics (DMF), as an emerging liquid-handling technology, shows promising potentials in various biological and biomedical applications. However, the fabrication of conventional DMF chips is usually complicated, time-consuming, and costly,...
We introduce a novel platform for cell line optimization for mAb production using digital microfluidics. The platform enables testing of cell culture samples in 6–8 μL droplets with semi-automated viability, media pH, and antibody production assays.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
