Lasting first impression: Pre-existing immunity restricts mucosal antibody responses during Omicron breakthrough

Abstract: Understanding mucosal antibody responses from SARS-CoV-2 infection and/or vaccination is crucial to develop strategies for longer term immunity, especially against emerging viral variants.
