Layer‐specific strain and dyssynchrony index alteration in new-onset systemic lupus erythematosus patients without cardiac symptom

Abstract: Background Layer-specific speckle-tracking echocardiography (STE) is a noninvasive approach assessing subclinical left ventricular (LV) dysfunction.
