Layered structures mechanical properties assessment by dynamic tests

Abstract: An effective method of the layered structures mechanical properties determination is presented. The method is based on the nonstationary analysis of the structure response that is acted by impact load on the surface of multi-layered structure. The assessment of the design parameters using a genetic algorithm is performed. During the solving procedure there are several methods for breeding and selection processes are used, that demonstrated different results. The most appropriate parameters for described algori… Show more

“…The proposed method makes it possible to investigate the stress-strain state of reinforced beams from a multimodule material under arbitrary loading, for various elastic bases, various geometric and mechanical characteristics of beams. The research results for some bars coincide with the results of the Timoshenko approximate method [13,14]. However, the proposed method provides an opportunity to analyze a deflected mode of any reinforced rectangular cross-section beam on elastic foundation filled with bimodulus filler.…”

“…Depending on the building purpose the methods to determine the structures properties are different. These are non-destructive tests based on indentation methods that used for metal structures [1,2], determination of the rheological parameters for the creep models [3], identification of the structures properties [4].…”
