Abstract: Depuis une quarantaine d’année, le Sahara Algérien change sous l’impulsion d’une politique volontariste, en créant des entités administratives, en investissant dans l’économie et les équipements qui se trouvent concentrés dans les chefs-lieux de wilaya.
