Lean Production in Agribusiness

Abstract

The paper studied the features of introducing the concept of “lean production”. The authors consider, that this technology of management will allow to identify what the problems and the loss are characteristic for agricultural enterprises. The paper presents examples of optimization of agricultural enterprises using this concept.
