The enterprises to be competitive are constantly looking for continuous increase of productivity, quality and level of services. With the development of Industry 4.0 concept, manufacturers are more confident about new advantages of automation and systems integration. Lean management is well developed and empirically proven effective managerial approach. Combining Lean and Industry 4.0 practices seems to be necessary evolutionary step for further raise the level of operational excellence (exploitation of finance, workload, materials, machines/ devices). There is an increasing number of Industry 4.0 solutions used to reduce waste (as known from Lean Management). Therefore, the main objective of this article aims at presenting the results of a literature review on the concept of 'Lean Industry 4.0ʹ. Dynamic methodology called "Systematic Literature Network Analysis (SLNA)" was used. It combines the Systematic Literature Review approach with the quantitative analysis of bibliographic networks to detect emerging topics and the dynamic evolution of the topics. The paper is a comprehensive systematization and rationalization of knowledge about the integration of LM and I4.0 concepts, identifies the most important research trends and defines directions for future research. The article contains a framework that presents the current state of knowledge in the area of Lean Industry 4.0.

Digital era changes the assumption for business success forces of production firms and transform their technological base. Success of this type of project depends on different factors related to internal organization, stakeholders and digital competencies. The purpose of this article is to compare the relevance of these factors for project management success. The goal is to identify the importance of employees' digital competences in technological changes. The results obtained in the original research can be a useful guide for managers to focus their efforts on factors that can ensure superior performance of a particular project.

In the context of manufacturing technology, continual or continuous improvement has been part of the system from the stone-age to this date. Actually, it is in pursuance of a gradual never-ending change to meet the real-time needs. Objective of this study is to review the changing manufacturing technology starting from a stage of 'one item at a time' for decorative art piece to mass production to lean-one piece flow and again back to individual single-item production like an exotic sports car as current-day example. Opportunities, challenges, and risks associated with different technologies are included in the scope of study. The intent of this paper is to find relationship between Lean Automation and Industry 4.0. The paper neither defends Lean manufacturing nor promotes the Industry 4.0 initiatives. Upcoming Industry 4.0 technology has been discussed beyond the present automation and past computer integrated manufacturing (CIM) with their relevant characteristics as enablers. The result indicates that Industry 4.0 will not make Lean obsolete. Both manufacturing systems will stay generating mutual dependency. They will have their specific domain of application based on the product variability and values. Secondary research with method for analysis of existing data has been studied and adopted as a recommended methodology for enhancing the overall efficiency of this research.
