Learning customer needs — An interdisciplinary framework

Abstract: Service Science, Management, and Engineering (SSME) is an emerging interdisciplinary approach for the learning of customer needs. In this paper, we review related literature and theories, and explore the tools used in various fields relevant. Then, we propose a systematic three-phase framework for SSME learning research.
