Learning disability and dementia: Audit of staff training pilot

Abstract: This paper reports on a one-day training programme developed to support staff working with people who have a learning disability and dementia across two different Social Education Centres. Participants were asked to complete an evaluation at the end of training to reflect on what they had learned; the usefulness of the training; and the most beneficial aspects of the training.
