Learning Rates for Nonconvex Pairwise Learning

Abstract: Pairwise learning is receiving increasing attention since it covers many important machine learning tasks, e.g., metric learning, AUC maximization, and ranking. Investigating the generalization behavior of pairwise learning is thus of significance.
