Leaving Civil Engineering: Examining the Intersections of Gender, Disability, and Professional Identity

Abstract: is a post-doctoral researcher in the Department of Engineering Education Virginia Tech. Her primary research interests include professional identity formation in undergraduate civil engineering students, grounded theory methods, and theory development.
