Left atrial ball thrombus

Abstract: We report a case of left atrial ball thrombus managed successfully by surgery. This is a rare clinical entity and has been reported quite infrequently in Indian literature despite the high incidence of Rheumatic mitral stenosis. The relevant literature is reviewed.
