Left Ventricular Remodeling in Non-syndromic Mitral Valve Prolapse: Volume Overload or Concomitant Cardiomyopathy?

Abstract: Mitral valve prolapse (MVP) is a common valvular disorder that can be associated with mitral regurgitation (MR), heart failure, ventricular arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death.
