Abstract: Les risques psychosociaux (RPS), globalement, recouvrent des risques professionnels de nature et d’origines variées. Ils peuvent altérer l’intégrité physique et la santé mentale des salariés. Les RPS ont un impact sur le bon fonctionnement et la performance des entreprises.
