“…Dans ce courant de la « pratique de la stratégie » (Johnson & Langley 2007), les chercheurs considèrent le stratège comme celui qui fait le travail de conception de la stratégie (Whittington 2006, p. 619), regroupant trois catégories : les dirigeants, les managers et les experts. Les dirigeants sont les dépositaires de la stratégie, les managers traduisent, coordonnent mais doivent également s'approprier la stratégie et les experts sont des spécialistes qui par leurs analyses influencent les décideurs et leurs décisions stratégiques (Dameron et Torset 2012). Adoptant cette perspective, Dameron et Torset définissent les stratèges comme les faiseurs de stratégie : « toute personne ayant participé de manière prépondérante, proactive et consciente à un processus ayant pour résultat recherché le développement de l'organisation, l'amélioration de son positionnement concurrentiel, sa transformation ou sa sauvegarde » (2012, p.28).…”
