Lessons Learned in Reviewing CCF Events

Abstract: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has an ongoing Common Cause Failure (CCF) data analysis program that periodically collects and evaluates information on component failures at U.S. commercial Nuclear Power Plants (NPPs).
