Abstract: Nowadays, experiential learning and outdoor education are increasingly relevant due to phenomena of 'extinction of experience' (Pyle, 1993), 'plant blindness' (Wandersee & Schussler, 2001) and 'nature deficit childhoods' (Louv, 2005).
