Libel reform

Abstract

England's libel laws are a disgrace. We are a nation with pretensions to being a beacon of free speech, and yet our courts routinely gag scientists, writers, doctors, journalists and campaigners, and they blindfold the public from seeing the truth. This is done at the behest of those individuals and corporations with deep pockets and large wallets.
