“…Lichen striatus typically occurs in children younger than 15 years, with girls thought to be affected more commonly than boys, although the disease can occur in patients of any age . Lichen striatus most commonly manifests as small (<5 mm), variably pigmented, flat‐topped papules that very characteristically follow the lines of Blaschko . As a result, lichen striatus generally follows a narrow, unilateral pattern that may be continuous or interrupted.…”
