Light Microscopic Studies on the Morphology of Tissues Embedded in Epoxy Resin

Abstract: The best preservation of tissue structures for a long time has been reached by the embedding of tissues into epoxy resins. The aim of the current research is to show the potential of light microscopic studies on the research of blood vessels of tissues embedded and conservated in epoxide resins.
